Delivery & Pickup

At El-Maamoul, every order is freshly prepared before it leaves us. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be made and packed. Shipping timeframes begin after this preparation period.

Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after your order has been prepared.

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after your order has been prepared.

For example, an Express order may take approximately 3–4 business days total, while a Standard order may take approximately 5–7 business days total, including preparation time.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available only on selected products where the pickup option is specifically shown on the product page.

If your order contains both a pickup-only product and products that would normally be eligible for shipping, the entire order will default to Local Pickup.

If you would like the shippable items delivered instead, we recommend placing them as a separate order.

Please Note

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, courier delays or periods of high demand. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your shipping information where applicable.
